Born from One
Good Seam
It begins with an honest admission: plastic does not block radio. The shielding in every enclosure here comes from a sheet of conductive fabric — and the entire design problem is holding that fabric in a closed shape with no slot for a signal to slip through. Our answer is one seam, used everywhere: the base fabric wraps up and over a printed collar, the lid fabric wraps around the lid liner's rim, and when the lid closes, fabric meets fabric twice, all the way round.
Every enclosure in the line is generated from that same parametric model — fourteen shapes, four collections, one seam. Change a clearance by a tenth of a millimetre and the whole line regenerates, re-checked by a battery of automated tests: watertight parts, zero interference, a shield that closes.
We are prototyping in the open. The print files, the drawings and the fabric patterns are free while the line matures; finished editions come later. Print one, and tell us what your printer thinks.
